Yeah, I wanted to redesign and improve a website (make it more user
friendly and modern) for a long time. I even started to work on a new
website powered by Bootstrap more than 6 months ago, but I never managed to
make much progress.

During the past couple of weeks I was thinking about it again. Since I'm
not a designer, I think the best course of action would be to put out a
call for "new design contribution".

I'm pretty sure we have some good designers in the community which could
help us out :)

If we don't manage to find anyone, another option would be to go the
BountySource route (https://www.bountysource.com/), but for that we'd need
to have some small financial backing coordinate the whole thing with the
ASF...
