Sadly Github repository is just a read-only mirror and no one has admin
access to it which means we can't assign labels, close issues, etc :/

Eventually we should maybe consider doing what jclouds does - they have a
separate, non-asf Github repository where they handle pull requests and
everything else and they just use Apache Github mirror as a read-only repo.
