Only a couple of those PRs are still relevant / active. Some of those PRs are old / non-relevant anymore and some of those either require feedback from us or from the PR author.
If we had admin access it would be easier for us and users to see what's relevant since we could assign labels to the issues / PRs. Maybe we should consider going the jclouds route - separate "non-official" Github organization for Libcloud repo where we can directly manage issues...
