This is a voting thread for Libcloud 1.0.0.
This supersedes the previous vote thread, note that 2 additional
bug-fixes have been added to the release. PR #812 and #797.
I would appreciate PROMPT votes on this please since we are trying to
line up release for the 22nd.
A new -tentative tag is committed and can be found at
