Hi We've had some really weird pull requests this week. https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pulls See @kccccc for example. They are requesting we merge a branch into trunk. Which makes no sense. Then I realised. Hacktoberfest. So basically people are spamming pull requests to get a free tshirt. I'm just going to close them. But it's very very annoying.
