Thanks for working on this release! I checked the release artifacts and they look fine to me and the tests pass.
Only small thing I noticed is that the CHANGES.rst file hasn't been updated - https://github.com/apache/libcloud/commit/e68d43e899b784f2716e0e70e21f781c4411c0b3#commitcomment-20302620 That's personally not a blocker for me so you can go ahead and release it as is if the vote passes and we can update it in trunk post release. Another option is to fix it, re-tag it, re-create the release artifacts and restart the voting thread (although this might be an overkill for such a small thing, imo).
