This is a voting thread for Libcloud v3.3.1 (https://github.com/apache/libcloud/commit/449b315ea47ba85f79b4062b1d398e94e545d273)
It includes an important bug fix for regression which was introduced in v3.3.0. That regressions prevents EC2 driver to work with some regions (us-east-2, us-west-3, ca-central-1, etc.) which utilize authentication signature algorithm version 4 (https://github.com/apache/libcloud/issues/1545, https://github.com/apache/libcloud/issues/1545). Since it's a relatively urgent bug fix release, I would ask everyone who has a chance to vote as soon as possible so we can get a bug fix release out soon.
