So the easy way to use these would be to check for
exceptions first and not bother with the rest if one
exists?

What type of return data do you wnat from this?
Do you want a class to implement or a stand alone
commandline program?

Thus far i have implemented it like this:
1.) Initialize the class with the dictionary file
     ie. hyphenator hyph( "us-eng.dic" )
2.) Load rules:
     ie. hyph.loadRules();
This will return the number of rules cached and
make it easy for timing. (you will also be able to
reload the file in case it changes or you want a
differnt one)
3.) Hyphenate!
     ie. hyp.hyphenate("example")
This will return the word hyphenated or the same
word if there is no way to hyphenate it.

Is there anything you would like different?

Please feel free to make suggestions for core features
you think it can't do without. ( Later i will work on
adding 'perks' )
