[lingu-dev] OpenOffice Medical Dictionary

I am working with a group of Medical Transcriptionists who are migrating to OpenOffice.
One of the critical components is going to be their need for a medical dictionary.
I am currently looking at Steadman's  as they have an API to their dictionary tools, and a very through lexicon.
What would it take to get some help with this project?
