Ok.
Is Swedish hyphenation and spellchecking dictionary available under the
license suitable for inclusion into the OOo CVS? If so, feel free to
file an issue.
I've filed http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=62268
There are some ispell dictionaries and affix files here:
http://dir.filewatcher.com/d/OpenBSD/3.5/alpha/ispell-swedish-3.2.06.tgz.253162.html
... The answer is that we have no Swedish users who were able to do QA
tests on the Release Candidates so we can't provide the non-QAed build
to users.
As of last week, that's no longer quite the case, but we do very much need
more users who can test the Swedish version.
Frederik, would you be able to help with testing of a release candidate
for OS X the next time it's organized sometime this year? We have a
standardized set of tests to run through to verify that every thing works
as it should. They are grouped by component (e.g. Writer, Calc, Base) and
contain a wide range of tests, some quite simple, to make sure things
work. For example,
1. Select the menu item Insert->Field, and select
Date/Time/Page/Page number/Subject/Title/Author:
A field will be inserted at the current position.
The default date and time format should be correct.
The native language characters should be displayed correctly
Double click the date inserted, an editing dialog should be
displayed. In the dialog, all current language supported Date/Time
formats should be listed.
The more people that help next time around, the faster it goes. And you
get an up-to-date version of OOo for OS X in exchange. ;)
