Accompanying the word list you are using (*.dic/*.aff) there is a readme, that contains the email address of the word list maintainer. Feel free to email to the maintainer, who will be happy to check and add your corrections/improvements.
There's no other option, but, unfortunately, I got no response from the team of the Russian dictionary («ё» variant). So, I just keep on developing the dictionary on my own.
