that's the same question discussed not once here, i think, and it is: is it really useful to have __all__ dictionaries to packed within OO installation package and, apparently, enabled through dictionaries.lst? If such wish is still here, may be it is useful to make distro's with geographic localization? For example - OO-North_American, OO_South_African, OO_Middle_East, OO_Central_European etc? Or, may be it is possible to add one more window for installator, where user could enable/disable packed languages which are growing in larger and larger number?
