You can pack autocorrection data with the extension but I wouldn't do
this because the user cannot really edit the autocorrect list - on every
update, the list will be overwritten.

Just because the autocorrect lists are editable (and should be
editable), it's wiser to add them directly to OOo. Just open the issue
like this:

and attach your file. Please remember to sign SCA (or whatever it's
called now) before you do.
