1. In the META-INF directory, open manifest.xml for editing.
2. Change the following line:
manifest:full-path="Dictionnaires.xcu"/>
to:
manifest:full-path="dictionaries.xcu"/>
The filename is misspelled ;)

The file describes what languages the installed dictionaries are for.
You will find it in every dictionary extension.
