StarOffice nowadays has the same linguistic components as OOo. And so
all dictionary extensions work in both products. All extensions for OOo
also always worked in the corresponding StarOffice versions and this
will stay the same in future.

The only exception until now was that StarOffice didn't contain PyUNO,
so Python based extensions didn't work in StarOffice. But this also has
changed, PyUNO is available as optional component both in OOo and
StarOffice.
