If it is the title bar of the dialog where u want to get the language
for the spell  checking displayed, that can't be done without the
language being known by OOo.

If you want to have it added file an issue.

Isn't there a *configurable* list of languages and associated dictionaries (and "name", for the title bar)? In a "resources" file of some sort? Shouldn't there be?
