That issue was closed with the argumentation that the undesired
dictionary extensions can be removed. This should work but I think this
should be properly announced in order for users to be aware of this.

@Olivier R.: would it be possible for you to add this information to the
dictionary download pages, since those are probably the very first
locations users will look for advice.

Also, in order to not miss on pointing this out, I'd like to
specifically mention that I was told that for bundled extensions there
will be no update notifications! That was already announce in the spec,
but probably not everyone has read it. See
