This issue has been fixed in the current codebase. The
`JDBCEngineConnExecutor.scala` now handles `java.sql.Timestamp` with
`value.toString` (line 389), which preserves milliseconds. The
`stripSuffix(".0")` in `DataType.scala` only removes the literal `.0` suffix
when present, not all milliseconds.
