Ok so after much head scratching and talking to lucas @ Macromedia it
appears it’s a bug.

Solution that im going to use is cfmx running on another webserver/port
probably apache on 8080 and then using isapi redirect under iis for
domain/folders which need cfmx functionality guess could use built web
server but not recommended for production so probably wont.

Guys,

Anyone seen an instance where for some reason all the IIS sites randomly
stop for no reason.

The box has CF5 and CFMX both running with CF5 bound to most of the sites
and CFMX bound to one.

It has only just started doing it since cfmx went on there which is a bit
coincidental but a few updates have been made recently from windows updater.
I cant see how cfmx could stop all the iis services though

Any ideas ?

Alex
