If I need to modify a record using modifytype="replace" what happens if one of the new attributes was not present in the original record? Does that mean I need to use modifytype="add"? If that is the case then what happens if I try to add an attributes that already exists? Do I need to get rid of all the original attributes and then put them all in again? Anyone got a cigarette?
