Well that's what worried me... seems rather unfair on the client if
worldpay are the ones allowing the transactions to occur. Just wanted to
check out the situation before contacting them.

I would first suggest talking to worldpay support.
They are allowing the fraud occur on their servers, and the actual
authorisation of the transaction and validation of credit cards is really
in their court. Whatever you do your end is not going to validate whether
they have a valid credit card, is it?
On what basis are they charging your client? Is it happening hundred of
times a day or something?
