I've always used CFDynamics in the US and haven't had any complaints
about pricing or service. You'll have to check their site to see what
package makes most sense for you (http://www.cfdynamics.com)..

I'm just waiting for a trial on the VPS solution from cfxhosting.com,
it seems the most reasonable at the moment since your entry level for
a windows 2003 server is around $200 dollars. Then you need maintenace
etc, additional bandwidth, CFMX licenses it starts getting silly!
There is another option from cfdynamics which is about $190 basic, and
if you add $200 monthly maintenance agree to a 12 month contract you
get CF installed too!

Anyone got the best prices for a managed server in the US?
I basically have a client running apps in the US, and need a managed
server over there (for 12 months).
Is there anyone here who can help/point me in the direction of someone?
