CF has a couple limitations with objects before. It basically only handles longs and BSTRs (at least the older versions of CF like 4.x and 5.x did... no ints or bools, etc) What we did to get it working was and to have any real success as to write any COMs to handle all the correct data types BUT make a few ColdFuson-only methods that did some extra conversions internally as a work around. ASP folk and everyone else used the regular functions, older CF had to use the workarounds in some cases. The QuickAddress object is using an Array (possibly a Variant Safe Array) but CF just chokes on it ...it is supposed to handle it but it doesn't. If I were you, simply use ASP and call the ASP page via CFHTTP to get the data back as you will be wasting your time using CF with it.
