Are you using <cfhtmlhead> in your application? If so then its most likely the cause.
Nah mate! I use cfhtmlhead all the time and never see this problem.
It is a problem that I've seen in the past, but for the life of me I can't remember what causes it.
What version of CF are you using Mark? Any chance of a URL to look at? I vaguely remember something to do with the HTML, but its completely eluding me at the minute.
