Thinks this has always been the case - they always try and rip us off after
all this is rip-off Britain :) the question is if you buy a license online
in $ does it violate your license agreement to use it in the uk? And if so
does where its actually hosted have a bearing on it?

Our original licence on this machine goes back to 1.5 to 2 to 3 etc etc all bought apart from teh upgrade to CFMX from the US we tried athe UK distributor and never ever again. Awful shambles I will only buy from the US.

We never did the upgrade from 5 to MX it looks like we have to intsll MX then upgrade.

I'm looking at upgrading a CF5 server to MX and I was thinking that I may well go direct to MX7.

Of course I would need to upgrade to MX6 first and I was thinking well I'll have to get MX6 too... pfft... pain that would be. But.... does anyone see why you couldn't upgrade CF5 to MX6 (trial) and then onto MX7?

Incidently, upgrade price in the US is 350 (using Interbank rates from oanda.com) as opposed to 470... Whats going on here?
