I'm currently setting up Transaction One system for one of our clients, Creativematch, and I don't think those prices actually look below the Transaction One recommended prices. If you have a look at the prices on http://www.transaction-one.com/hs/creativematch.jsp the prices exclude VAT so they appear a lot cheaper, but even when you add the VAT in the prices still work out a bit lower than those on the JagTech site.
Incidentally, the store is working fine, but don't try calling the sales number
as it is taking longer to set up the phone number than it did to set up the
shop.

By the looks of their transaction-one URL, they're just a front from
Computers Unlimited, the UK's distributor of Mac and other products.
I suspect they're minimising their margin to build up a customer
database for the future - the transaction one system carries out all
fulfillment so they don't need to lift a finger.
In which case it may very well be a one-man band but purchases should be
fine as they're processed through unlimited.com,
