>- see footer for list info -< Russ, ouchh, sorry for your trouble, recovery software works by installing a virtual OS, then scanning the file structure to let you know what's recoverable, just change bootup to boot from floppy/cd of the recovery disc.
Try their trial software on the hosed machine and try a boot from a recovery disc, afaik you can download the trial and install it on a floppy/cd??
