Same applies for hot-fixes. It does tell you clearly on the updates and hot fixes pages what versions of CF they are for. Only you know what has and has not been installe don your server to date, and thus what still needs to be applied. If you don't know, best to just apply everything and keep a log on the desktop of the server.
