and then other times it's fine (like just now when i tried testing it
again).  so sometimes i get the cached/previous version, other times
i get the correct version.  no obvious rhyme/reason to why one or the

strange problem, maybe it's obvious.  Changing pages on dev server. 
Just recently started getting either a cached version of the page or
an older version of the page.  
Clearing browser cache doesn't make any difference.  
Different browser - same problem.  
Trusted Cache is turned off.  
Thought maybe it was the stored .class version of the file, but
that's not being used either (there are files in the
Web-Inf/cfclasses folder, but not this one, and nothing more recent
than a month ago - this is a new file).
There isn't a proxy server between me and the server that could be
caching it.  
Restarting the CF Service seems to fix it, although after I've
succesfully reloaded the page once, it goes back to the cached
version.
It's either IIS, me misunderstanding the idea of compiled .cfm pages,
or something else.  Ideas?
