Having used Flash Forms extensively and with purely CSSed sites I'm perplexed with how much difficulty you're having. I've seen the issue you're having before and it was due to me not having format="flash" on the CFFORM (i.e. only setting it on CFGRID), and also not setting width and height on the CFFORM to 100%. You could also try setting it to an absolute number to see if that fixes it. The reason why it freaks out is that the Flash can't figure out what width / height it needs to be so it ends up not working. Hope that helps.
