explanation as to it's behaviour on our site.

Yet another question :/ (site near launch).
I am having problems using URLSessionFormat to maintain sessions and client
data. The problem I have is that when I DO have cookies enabled, the
function seems to go ahead and add the CFID and CFToken to the URL anyway,
although not always and so breaking users' sessions.
I googled it and found this quote:
"If you use URLSessionFormat then your sessions will be broken if the client
/does/ accept cookies, and the majority of clients do".
Surely not?! Can this be? Does anyone know of a likely cause?
