Should be:
enctype="multipart/form-data"

I know this has been bandied about a bit but I can't remember the solution
CFfile is returning an error that the filename field does not contain
an uploaded file

The form field specified in the CFFILE tag (FILENAME) does not contain
an uploaded file. Please be sure that you have specified the correct
form field name.
what was the workaround for this ?
