Sorry to say that I do not know how to do this, but I can tell you how
to work it out!

Create an xls that looks how you want it ie with some data and an
image where you want it!

The save it as html, view the source and try and recreate that.
Basically cfcontent doesn't really create an excel spread sheet, it
realy just gets the html opened in Excel.
