Subject: [CF-Dev] OT: Leech blocker ASAPI

Has anyone been using a good leech blocker ASAPI filter successfully on
IIS6?
I'm fed up with kids stealing bandwidth now, so I need something on the
server that lets me block requests, but preferably with a white list of
trusted referrers.

Needless to say I'd like it to be reliable and cause little impact on server
performance.
