>- see footer for list info -< There is whitespace being generated, and all my fucntions do have output="no" In particular I am finding it to be a problem with web services, cozz whitespace ends up in the XML stream, which makes it invalid. I have done work arounds to get round the problem, but it would be nice to just not have the whitespace to begin with.

If it's the functions, output="no" might help. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Snake Sent: 26 January 2006 14:56 To: 'Coldfusion Development' Subject: [CF-Dev] CfC's and whitespace >- see footer for list info -< I have just been going through my app adding <cfprocessingdirective supresswhitespace="yes"> to every page to clean up all the whitespace And I have noticed you cannot do this in a CFC, as <CFCOMPONENT> has to be the first line of code in a CFC. How annoying.
