Just to clarify what I told you on MSN.
As i understand Your using virtual directories currently to determine which
site is being visited, as all vdir's point to the root of the site it's all
the same site.

So if someone visits www.mysite.com/client1 It delivers the site customise
for client style So if someone visits www.mysite.com/client2 It delivers
the site customise for client2 style

In which case, you do not need to use virtual directories to do this.
You can just use standard directories.
Here is an example.
Create a folder for each site/client.
In that folder put a blank index.cfm
This will then caus ethe application.cfm in the root of your site to be
loaded.
In the application.cfm, you just check which directory was requested from
the SCRIPT_NAME cgi variable, and customise your site based on that, then
redirect back to the root o fthe site.

E.g.

<cfif script_name contains "/client1">
Do your site customisation stuff]
<cflocation url="/index.cfm" addtoken="no"> </cfif>

Thanks Matt,

Have just been speaking to Russ (Snake) on MSN and it looks like this is one
where I will just have to do it manually, no major problem, just curious
about it.

This that might work if it was .htaccess that was being used to control the
username and password login but not through a form. Thanks anyway.
