I have a page with some check boxes on a form. If I submit the form having
selected a check box then something is returned on the results page (be it
sometimes nothing) as it should.
If I leave all of the check boxes clear and submit I get a page can not be
displayed error. If I then refresh the page that shows page can not be
displayed then the page shows ..... Aghhhh.
Sorry if this isn't making any sense. You can see what I mean here ...

Try selecting under 5 Holidays Citizenship ... Then try submitting a blank
form then refresh the page can not be displayed or even just go to the URL
the page is there .....
Something is very weird here ..... Can anyone tell me whats going on please
...
