The JS would be my suspicion as well - but also, if you view source of the
form, you have this about half way down the page within the body

So you seem to have a page within a page (redfining the head element, and
some JS functions). Not saying that's the problem, just that you need to
get your HTML / Jscript consistent before you have much hope of tracking
this down.

Nothing has changed .......
Everything has been runing smooth as a nut .....
I just can't fathom it ....
Ok so I guess i;ll have to check for blank form submission in the JS bit on
the form ...
Bloody pain though as I'm crap at JS.
