Different versions of CF. 5 on the live one, 6+ on your dev.

Hi,
I just transferred a new version of our site to our live domain
http://www.araxi.fr/ and it gets the following error:
Invalid tag nesting configuration
A CFOUTPUT tag is nested inside a CFOUTPUT tag with no GROUP= or QUERY=
attributes . This is not allowed. Nesting these tags implies that you want
to use grouped processing. However, the outer tag does not specify a query
to loop over or a group to process.
The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of
(CFOUTPUT), occupying document position (7:42) to (7:51).
The specific sequence of files included or processed is:
D:\WWWROOT\ARAXI.FR\WWWROOT\INDEX.CFM
D:\WWWROOT\ARAXI.FR\WWWROOT\DSP_SUBMENU.CFM CFInclude
D:\WWWROOT\ARAXI.FR\WWWROOT\DSP_HOME_SUBMENU_FRENCH.CFM CFInclude
the strange thing is on our dev site http://www.ablydev.com the exact same
site works fine.
What am I missing here?
