A cflocation just sends some redirection headers to the browser, and I have
seen this not work myself before, and have resorted to manually created
redirection headers.

Bit of a weird one. On a client's network, some machines seem to be having
trouble cflocating i.e. nothing happens. Any ideas? Are there possible
settings in the browser stopping it functioning?
