thanks Michael, works a treat.
I can see I'm going to have to read up on regex's sooner or later.

Now I also want to get the <META> description tag.
Currently I am using
 GetMetaHeaders(), a tag I found on cflib
http://www.cflib.org/udf.cfm?id=418&enable=1 but it is failing on the
following::

<meta id="m_description" name="description" content="my description"></meta>

Can anyone see why, or think of a regex way to get the description.

Thanks again
Allan

I found a nice regex here http://www.petefreitag.com/item/285.cfm to get the
title from a web page.
Fine if its <TITLE></TITLE>, what can i do to the regex when I get the
following:
<title id="m_title">My title</title>

Thanks
Allan
