Thanks Andy. Is there a publicly available bug list please?
Good job I took out some subscriptions but I don't understand why it's always been acceptable for the software industry to charge people for a bug fixed version (or to never fix a bug), but if you buy a physical product the obligation to fix or replace is fully accepted by the manufacturer. Or take a situation where we (application developers) build something for a client and 6 months later they report a bug in our code. We're morally and probably legally obliged to fix it since it's a problem of our own doing. Would your clients use you again if you refused to fix your own bugs without charging for it?
