As CF5 was written in c++, the drivers were all ODBC.
CFMX being JAVA uses JDBC drivers, so you will need to find the equivilant
JDBC driver, have you checked the merant site?
You would probably need to use the ODBC socket if you want to use what
comes
with CFMX.
