I really have absolutely no knowledge in this area but it seems our clients want their data to reside in-house (as always) and we have to build something to parse information Backwards and forwards between the client database and ours. At the moment clients are doing CSV uploads into our system which is fine for smaller clients but larger clients don't like it. God I hate not knowing things when the sales boys ask questions!!
