This whole project is beyond belief really but the Government has ordered
that all LEA's record bullying and especially racist incident in school. The
data protection people could have a field day with this one. - lol
The cyber by the way is broken down into Mobile phone and email... I guess
thy'll add more as they want. The goal posts change almost hourly... Hence
the laying the form out dynamically. I originally harcoded all the forms as
I thought ah quick form no problem. Then I got can we have question 1 on
part 3 and question 14 moved to part 7 etc... (Its a multi part form) which
caused me no end of trouble as all of the form checking was done on knowing
which form was passed to the checker and that knew which elements were on
that part of the form. Hard Coded! - Of course when the client decides 'No I
want that question elsewhere' this really buggered everythin up so I have
now coded everything I can think of dynamically. - Took a while and im
almost there ...

And to end a quick Joke ...
Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn't seem
to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy whips out his phone
and calls the emergency services. He gasps: "My friend is dead! What can I
do?" The operator says: "Calm down, I can help. First, let's make sure he's
dead." There is a silence, then a shot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy
says: "OK, now what?"
