yup - I copied the string I'm trying to run into the command line - that's how I saw the error I'm getting.
encrypting isn't a problem - its just decrypting via command line - I've never done it before and I know its technically feasible because urls like this (http://devzone.zend.com/node/view/id/1265#Heading6 ) tell me so, but I just can't get it to happen.
