If I don't include the proxy details I just get a connection failed message, if I include them I get the 407 Authentication required, they have told me to check if it is accepting clear text passwords. I am also on the ISA case in that they may not have I configured quite right so have been digging around there. Incidentally, what is the BlueDragon mailing list email / sign up page?
