Hi Charlie,

Good to hear from you, might have been out of hours being in the uk etc so
no worries there. They have responded to my emails so that's cool and we are
pursuing a course of action at the moment.

If I don't include the proxy details I just get a connection failed message,
if I include them I get the 407 Authentication required, they have told me
to check if it is accepting clear text passwords.

I am also on the ISA case in that they may not have I configured quite right
so have been digging around there.

Incidentally, what is the BlueDragon mailing list email / sign up page?

Lee, you mention trying to "call" New Atlanta but "no luck". I don't
understand that, as certainly someone should take your call. 

But in this case, and especially since you're using the free version, you
ought instead to send your question to the BlueDragon mailing list. You'll
find that New Atlanta engineers (and other users, like those here) will
offer you ample free support.
