Theres nothing decent in the UK I've ever come across (just the standard
advanced CF course), which I have mixed feelings about.  (Highlander are
well thought of and have a centre in London)

But if they can make the trip to the US, I have heard nothing but rave
reviews about the advanced cf courses these  Adam/David Churvis hold:
