>- see footer for list info -< I may be missing something, but could you not use method="get" instead of method="post"?
Cheers Robin -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Allan Cliff Sent: 07 September 2007 11:29 To: Coldfusion Development Subject: [CF-Dev] Search Function >- see footer for list info -< Morning, I have a Search function on a property site which searches by area and price. This is simple enough but what I want to do is for people to be able to save the url in their favourites. At the moment the page is always search.cfm because the criteria arrives via a submitted form (Although the page will search if I add criteria to the URL i.e: search.cfm?area=10 etc as it is in fusebox) So my idea is to collect the form fields using Javascript and create a new url and send that off. Or can anyone think of another way without using Javascript. It is Friday and all 4 cylinders aren't firing.
