Cheers. I just added the octet and it worked. Just wondered why it wouldn't accept it as just flv and had to have both. You'd think that ADOBE would allow uploads of a mime type they created ... LOL - without all the other bit ..

Paul, did you get your answer? Yes, if you get an error saying a type won't
be accepted, and you have an ACCEPT attribute, then that TYPE must be listed in the ACCEPT (as a comma-separated list). It will then accept only what you
list.

Hi everyone.

I am tryig to upload .flv files to my Band website ...
I have the mime type video/x-flv set but I still get the error message ...

The MIME type of the uploaded file "application/octet-stream" was not
accepted by the server.

Do I have to put this as well as video/x-flv? - and what else will this
allow to be uploaded?
